Your gift today will help support victims of Hurricane Melissa and other crises.
Hurricane Melissa made landfall in Jamaica on October 28, as a Category 5 hurricane with sustained winds around 185 mph — the strongest hurricane ever to hit the island. Recovery will take weeks to months, with food, shelter and safe access remaining critical needs.
We've sent 5.7 million meals to Jamaica so far this fiscal year. With that food already on hand, our partners distributed MannaPack® meals in preparation for the hurricane and will continue to use them to support recovery efforts on the long road ahead.
FMSC is in communication with local partners across the Caribbean — in Jamaica, Cuba, Haiti and the Dominican Republic — to determine how we can best support them as conditions unfold.

Join Something Greater™ when you give monthly.
Something Greater is a collective of individuals who know that small actions can add up to incredible transformation. People who believe that together, we can end extreme hunger and provide tangible hope for children around the world.
Whether you can afford a monthly gift of $5 or $500, it’s not the size of your donation that matters — it’s the depth of our commitment, together. Side by side, month after month, we’re doing Something Greater.
